Partner tasting at Calendar Cheese Company

The Restaurant Associates culinary team were recently invited to the Calendar Cheese Company to taste and learn more about their range of products. These tasting sessions are a fantastic way for our talented team to discover new flavours and food innovations which they can then incorporate into menus for our clients, and their employees and guests.

Calendar Cheese are Australia’s leading distributor of premium cheese, caviar and dry goods. They are ardent about who they work with, their selection of products and how they are cared for. One such supplier Calendar Cheese distribute is Meredith Dairy. The amazing Tania from Meredith Dairy joined us for this tasting to talk about and showcase firsthand the fantastic products their brand produce.

Meredith Dairy is a passionate Australian family business making delicious diary products from their 4,500 acre farm 120km west of Melbourne. Their mission is to product food sustainably, maintaining a commitment to tread lightly on this earth, allowing the environment and their community to flourish.

Led by our National Executive Chef Leo, our Sydney culinary team savoured an amazing range of products including Meredith Dairy’s award winning goats cheese, natural yogurt and a selection of chocolate, snacks and dry goods from a vast range of Australian producers.
