Since its inception in the early 1950s, Restaurant Associates has had collaboration at the heart of everything we do. Our founders brought culinary expertise in from our own set of Manhattan’s most famous landmarks including ‘Brasserie’ (the first 24-hour restaurant) and the ‘Four Seasons’ (infamous home of the business power lunch).
Our unique approach reached Australian shores in 2004 when a client demanded a bespoke hospitality solution, not a traditional catering company. Restaurant Associates was the perfect solution. Now we operate in some of the most dynamic corporate offices and treasured venues across the country.
