IGNITE program

To realise our ambitious Gender Equity targets, in 2017 we established IGNITE, a leadership development program which provides high potential women within our business with training, support, networks and executive mentors to build their confidence and ability to progress their careers and compete equitably for senior management roles.  

This highly successful program has contributed to a significant increase in our women in senior leadership roles, with 41% of IGNITE participants having progressed their careers within the first year of completing the program.
