And to ensure we stay at the forefront of contemporary cuisine, we continually share ideas, innovation and best practice with our London and New York teams.
As passionate ‘foodies’ we don’t believe in cookie-cutter solutions; we approach each project or event anew, with our gourmet chefs crafting menus to bring your vision to life.
Central to our success is our sense of community, our appetite for food provenance and a focus on sustainable food practices. Through our relationships with farmers, artisanal suppliers and providores, we source fresh, seasonal, regional produce where ever possible.

Where ever we can we choose local, seasonal ingredients and we develop relationships with providores that source ethically produced goods. Our The View restaurant at Taronga Zoo was one of the first Australian restaurants to be permitted to use the MSC eco-label, promoting its commitment to sustainably sourced seafood.
The very nature of our business puts us in a privileged position to be able to aid and empower both Indigenous and local communities. Whether it is driving supplier diversity, creating Indigenous training programs, or supporting existing social enterprise, at every step of our business journey we seek ways to be positive community partners. We are proud to be actively involved in a range of community projects including The Warrigal Program, Supply Nation, The Bread & Butter Project and Oz Harvest.

Although every RA venue is operated onsite by its own team, the RA benchmark of excellence is experienced and recognised Australia-wide.
